On Saturday evening, I bought a sweatshirt from the GAP store in Taksim for ₺2000 because it was cold outside. When I checked it at home just two hours later, the sweatshirt had already started pilling. The quality is shocking for something that costs ₺2000—feels like I bought it for ₺200-₺300. To make matters worse, when I tried to return it to the Zorlu branch, they refused the refund and sent me all the way back to the Taksim store. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of customer service. GAP needs to resolve this immediately and offer a proper refund for the poor quality item.
