I purchased the New Balance 9060 Lifestyle model from Sneaks Up, and despite being extremely careful with the shoes, they began to show signs of deformation and tearing in less than two months. I take great care of my footwear, and this kind of damage should not occur with such limited and gentle use—especially from a premium brand like New Balance.
I brought the shoes back to the store for inspection, but was told that the process would take up to 21 business days. Unfortunately, I don’t have a backup pair to use during this period, leaving me in a very difficult and inconvenient position.
I’m requesting an immediate solution, either through a full refund or replacement with another pair. I truly hope that Sneaks Up and New Balance will stand behind their product and offer timely customer service, but this issue is urgent and needs to be prioritized.
