My New Balance 2002 Shoes Came Apart Quickly

I received the New Balance 2002 Lifestyle Men's Shoes as a gift from my spouse through the Sneaks Up app. Sadly, the excitement didn’t last long. In a very short time, the shoes started to come apart at the front and side seams, with threads unraveling on both the right and left shoe. This is not what anyone should expect from a premium-priced product.

We sent the shoes in for inspection on May 1, 2025 (purchase date: March 23, 2025, order no: SU1395960), but Sneaks Up simply dismissed our complaint, stating that the damage was caused by user error—a claim we strongly disagree with.

We barely had the chance to wear the shoes before they started to fall apart. This clearly points to a quality or production defect, not misuse. It’s deeply disappointing that the company refuses to take responsibility for something so obviously flawed.
