I Experienced Stitching Failures on Both Sides of My New Balance Shoes Within 2 Months

I purchased a pair of New Balance sneakers from Sneaks Up, expecting high quality given the premium price. Unfortunately, the shoes began to come apart at the seams—literally. Within less than two months, the stitching on both sides ripped open at the exact same point, despite the fact that the shoes were only used for everyday walking and were never exposed to any impact or rough use.

This is incredibly disappointing from a brand that markets itself as reliable and performance-driven. I specifically chose New Balance because of its reputation for durability, yet I’ve ended up with a product that failed faster than any budget brand I’ve ever worn.

I submitted the shoes for a warranty claim through Sneaks Up and now I’m waiting. But at this point, I’m skeptical. I sincerely hope New Balance stands behind its product and resolves this by offering a replacement or refund. A premium price should come with premium quality—and responsibility when that quality falls short.
