I purchased a New Balance 530 and, despite only using it for a short time, the mesh fabric at the front started tearing. Expecting a resolution, I sent the shoes for inspection at the Sneaks Up store in İzmir İstinyePark. However, my claim was denied with a generic “user error” excuse, leaving the issue unresolved.

If New Balance won’t stand behind its products, then why does it claim to offer a 2-year warranty? A high-quality brand should prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure product durability. I demand a proper review of my claim and either a replacement or refund. New Balance, honor your warranty commitments!
