I subscribed to Netshort for a one-week package, watched content for a couple of days, and then stopped using it. Since then, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription, but no matter what I do, it won’t let me. I keep receiving constant messages about the subscription, and now I’m afraid to even deposit money into my account because I worry it will be automatically withdrawn without my consent. I tried canceling through the app, but the cancellation process doesn’t work. This is beyond frustrating, and I feel completely stuck.
