I Can’t Cancel My Netshort Subscription and Keep Getting Charged Messages

I subscribed to Netshort for a one-week package, watched content for a couple of days, and then stopped using it. Since then, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription, but no matter what I do, it won’t let me.
