NetShort Subscription Cannot Be Cancelled, Still Charging Weekly

I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last two weeks to cancel my NetShort subscription, but the system does not allow me to cancel and the subscription fee continues to be charged every week. Despite my attempts, I have not been able to reach NetShort customer service through any channel, so I cannot complete the cancellation or get any support. I request that my NetShort subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further charges be taken from my account. I also want written confirmation once the cancellation has been processed.
