Netshort Keeps Charging After Failed Cancellation Attempts

I have been trying to cancel my monthly subscription in the Netshort app for about a month, but I have not been successful. Even though I follow the cancellation steps within the app, it keeps redirecting me back to the same page and the subscription cancellation never goes through.
During this process, an amount of approximately $12 USD has been charged or attempted to be charged to me for the monthly subscription. I cannot see a clear cancellation option within the app, and I also do not know how to contact customer service. Because of this, I have not been able to speak with any authorized representative.
I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that any unfair charges that have been applied or attempted be refunded. I also ask for a clear and transparent explanation regarding this issue and assurance that no further charges will be made to me without my consent.
