Nespresso Delayed Refund in Valentine's Day Campaign

I recently made the decision to return a product I bought as part of Nespresso Turkey's online store Valentine's Day campaign. After I sent back the items and went through the return process, I waited patiently for a few days, but unfortunately, the refund didn't show up in my bank account. When I reached out to the company, they let me know that there was some confusion and requested that I provide my IBAN number. I gave all the required information, but the refund process still didn't move forward. After multiple attempts to follow up, we were repeatedly assured that the problem would be resolved "today" or "tomorrow," but unfortunately, the issue continued to persist. I find it quite puzzling why a multinational company like Nespresso would choose to take so long to address customer concerns. Moreover, I reckon it's important for their staff to be more careful when dealing with these issues and give straightforward information. Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I'm still waiting on that refund for the products I returned. It would be great if we could get that sorted out as soon as possible. Thanks!
