I bought something from Samsung Electronics in Istanbul, the part that deals with consumer electronics and online sales, but I’m still waiting for my refund after sending the product back more than two weeks ago. I’ve done everything I was supposed to, but my refund still hasn’t gone through, and I haven’t heard anything clear from customer service. This whole situation has created a lot of unnecessary trouble and made me wonder about how well Samsung Turkey gets things done. I’ve never had to wait this long for a refund from any other company, and it’s really disappointing to deal with this from a brand I believe in. It’s not only about the hold-up—it’s also about the missing clear communication and responsibility. I hope they sort this out quickly so I can trust their service again.
