Miele Sent My ₺1400 Refund to the Wrong Account and Won’t Respond to My Emails

I've been trying to sort out a problem with Miele Turkey since March 2024. They accidentally sent a refund of ₺1,400 to the wrong IBAN, and even after trying to contact them multiple times through email, I haven't heard back at all. It's been 8 months, and I'm really frustrated with the lack of communication. I've been trying to sort this out honestly, but I'm worn out from pursuing it for such a long time. This experience has shifted how I see the Miele brand, and I’d recommend others to be careful. I hope Mr. Markus Miele or someone from the company can jump in to sort this out once and for all.
