Trendyol's Mistake Cost Me ₺150 in Refunds and Shipping After a ₺900 Purchase
Trendyol constantly causes problems for its customers. I made a purchase from Trendyol for ₺900, and the products were delivered to me. I requested an exchange, and Trendyol processed the return and shipped the products back accordingly. The seller approved the return as well. However, I still have the products, but the seller refunded the fee. Despite this mix-up, I immediately contacted Trendyol customer service and informed them of the mistake. My shopping rates card refunded me ₺90 for this purchase. When the order was marked as canceled, the ₺90 was taken back. Trendyol is now asking me to deposit the fee back into the IBAN account, but doing so would result in me losing ₺90. They refuse to acknowledge this loss. In reality, my total loss is ₺150 because I receive a monthly refund of ₺100. I made another purchase from Trendyol this month, which should have cost me ₺70. However, due to the monthly refund limit of ₺100, I only received ₺10 back instead of ₺60. So, due to Trendyol's negligence, I am down by ₺90+₺60=₺150. Additionally, I lost ₺65 in shipping fees. Despite all this, they offer no solution. Now, both the seller and I have been negatively impacted by their error. Trendyol has been a major disappointment, and they never propose any solutions. This is the second time I’ve been let down by them, and I don’t plan to shop with them again.
