Hoover Washer Dryer Nightmare, Struggling In the Middle of Hardships
I’ve had no response, help, or follow-up regarding my appliance issue. I bought this machine out of necessity while living in a container in a disaster-affected area—not out of luxury. I have a disabled mother and two children; we’re a family of five struggling as it is. How can you, as a brand, leave us hanging like this? It’s been a year since I reported the issue to your service center. I’ve called your customer service number multiple times, but not once did anyone bother to follow up to see if the service was carried out or if the issue was resolved. I bought this machine by sacrificing food and other essentials to make our lives a bit easier, and instead, I’m dealing with all these problems. Does your conscience rest easy knowing you’ve taken my money without providing proper service? I do not feel my rights are being respected by such an indifferent brand and its employees I demand an urgent resolution to this problem. If you’re not willing to fix it, take back your machine. I have enough problems without having to deal with this as well.
