GetYourGuide Arbat Travel Boat Tour Never Showed Up in Alanya

I booked a pirate boat tour in Alanya through GetYourGuide with Arbat Travel for myself and my two children, and I paid for the reservation by card. Although we arrived at the designated meeting point on time for the tour, we were left waiting for approximately one hour, and no one came to pick us up. The tour effectively never took place.

Throughout this process, I did not receive any professional assistance or clear information. My two children and I were left stranded without any explanation. As a result, we lost valuable time and an entire day of our vacation was wasted.

I request a full refund of the amount I paid to be credited back to my card as soon as possible. I also ask that the necessary measures be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing the same situation.
