Nespresso Termos Leakage and Poor Heat Retention
I bought two Nespresso thermoses in November. Despite only a few uses, the thermos was leaking and failing to keep my beverages warm. When I contacted customer service about this problem, they asked for a video and asked that I return the thermos for a refund. I called them several times after my return, but received no response. Everyone I spoke with assured me that they would notify the appropriate department. When I called back a month later, they casually mentioned that accessory returns were not accepted and suggested sending me the same faulty thermos again. I'm extremely dissatisfied with Nespresso. They should not sell their product if they are unable to stand behind it.
