DJI Lito X1 Fell During Autonomous Mode Without Warning
In June, I purchased a DJI Lito X1 from the MediaMarkt store in Eindhoven for approximately $500. While using the product in autonomous mode, the device suddenly fell without giving me any warning and became completely unusable.
When I sent the product to an authorized service center, I was told that there was a malfunction in the motor drive board and that the issue was not covered under warranty. I used the product normally and exactly as intended, so I am extremely disappointed that such a critical failure has been treated as user damage and excluded from warranty coverage. This has caused me both financial and personal inconvenience.
I do not accept that a product sold at such a high price can fail in this manner and that the entire responsibility is then placed on the consumer. I request that the product be repaired free of charge or replaced. Otherwise, I am left with what is essentially a useless piece of equipment after paying a significant amount of money for it, and I expect this situation to be properly resolved.
