Bosch I-Dos Serie 6 Washing Machine Water Leak Not Repaired Under Warranty

At the end of June, I noticed a water leak coming from the bottom of the detergent compartment of my Bosch I-Dos Series 6 washing machine. The issue started small, and I immediately called the authorized service. The technicians inspected the problem and confirmed that I was right, but they told me that Bosch would not provide support and that they could not repair the product, even though it is still under warranty. Moreover, they did not provide any report or written document. My machine’s warranty is expiring this month, and the water leakage problem continues. I also contacted customer service, but they offered no solution and simply said, “There’s nothing we can do.” Despite being under warranty, no action has been taken, and I have been left in a difficult situation. I request that this defect in my machine be repaired free of charge or, if necessary, that the product be replaced. If an electric shock or similar incident occurs due to this issue, I want to make it clear that Bosch will be fully responsible. I demand that my grievance be resolved urgently.
