DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Gimbal Makes a Buzzing Noise Under Warranty
I purchased my DJI Osmo Pocket 4 from Teknosa on August 17, 2026, and have been using it for approximately a month and a half. Recently, I noticed a noticeable rattling or buzzing sound coming from the gimbal, even though the device has never been dropped, impacted, or physically damaged. This issue is seriously affecting my overall user experience.
For this reason, I sent the device to an authorized service center. I delivered the product to the service center on September 25, but it was returned to me on October 2 with the statement that “no fault could be detected.” As a result, I was left without my device for approximately one week. When I contacted the service center again after the repair process, I was simply told to “change the mode and it will be fixed.” However, I followed this advice and the problem has definitely not been resolved. The rattling sound is still clearly present.
My product is still under warranty, and I do not accept having this clearly noticeable sound problem dismissed as “no fault found” and left unresolved. I request that my complaint be properly addressed, that the device be thoroughly inspected to accurately identify the source of the problem, and that, as my primary request, I receive a full refund of the purchase price. If a refund is not possible, I request that the device be repaired depending on the nature of the problem or replaced if necessary.
