If Nebula keeps billing your card after you canceled and you want to stop recurring charges;
Confirm & Stop the Subscription Properly;
• Log into your Nebula account and go to Settings → Subscriptions to make sure your subscription shows canceled — take a screenshot as proof.
• If you subscribed via Apple App Store, open Settings → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal for Nebula there too.
• If you subscribed via Google Play, open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and cancel Nebula from that list.
• If you used PayPal, go to your PayPal account → Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments and cancel Nebula there.
Contact Nebula Support to Confirm;
• Email support and say you canceled but are still being charged
• Attach screenshots of the cancellation confirmation and the unauthorized charges
• Ask them to stop recurring billing immediately and confirm in writing
• Request a refund for any charges taken after you canceled.
