Sgt Nebula Subscription Charge On Credit Card

I had an active subscription to the Sgt Nebula app through the Apple platform, which I cancelled in November 2025. Despite this cancellation, I have continued to be charged 29.90 USD six times on my credit card after that date. After noticing the repeated charges, I contacted Apple support, and they informed me that I should reach out to you regarding this issue. I have not reactivated or intentionally renewed this subscription since cancelling it, yet the charges have continued. I request a full refund of all six unauthorized charges, immediate and permanent cancellation of any active Sgt Nebula subscription linked to my account, and a written confirmation stating that no further charges will be made to my credit card in relation to this service.
