Nebula Subscription Cancelled But Still Charged
I had a subscription with the Nebula app which I canceled in February 2026, between approximately 02/09/2026 and 02/11/2026. Despite this cancellation, money is still being taken from my account. On 03/24/2026 and again on 03/25/2026, a charge of 14.95 was withdrawn each day from my card ending in 7128 in Beaumont, Texas. These charges were made after I had already canceled my subscription, and I did not authorize any further payments. Because of these issues and the fact that I had to report this, I am now having difficulty using my cards and logging into my online banking, as my account keeps getting locked. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience and stress. I request that Nebula refund both of these 14.95 charges taken on 03/24/2026 and 03/25/2026 and ensure that my subscription remains canceled so that no further money is taken from my account.
Where is my refund? Please stop charging me. I cannot afford you taking money out of my account.
