On May 9, 2026, a charge attempt of $45 appeared on my PayPal account from “Yolo Brothers” / “Nebula,” even though I do not currently have any active subscription with them. In the past, I signed up for a trial but canceled it before the trial period ended, and since then I have not knowingly authorized any further payments. Despite this, they are still trying to take money through PayPal, and even attempting to use an old bank card. My PayPal and current bank card are now frozen, so no payment has gone through, but I find it unacceptable that these charge attempts are still being made when I have no active subscription. I have also checked both the Google Play Store and the Nebula app, and there are no active subscriptions showing for my account. I request that my account and email be checked and that a clear written confirmation be provided that there are no active subscriptions or payment authorizations, and that no further charges or charge attempts will be made to my PayPal account or any linked bank cards in the future.
