Unauthorized Nebula Subscription Charge Appeared Two Weeks Later
I downloaded the application called “Nebula Spiritual Guidance Area” to my Android phone through Google Play. I used the 24-hour trial version of the application, and within approximately one hour I realized that it was not useful for me and did not meet my expectations, so I deleted the app. Even though I only paid approximately $0.03 for the trial version, I never selected or started any subscription plan.
Before and after deleting the application, I checked the Settings/Subscriptions section on Google Play, and there was no active subscription shown for this application or any other service. Despite this, on 05/07/2026 at 9:34 PM, approximately $52 was withdrawn from my VakıfBank card under the description “international virtual POS.” I absolutely do not accept that such an amount was charged two weeks later without my knowledge or permission, especially considering that I never started a subscription, no subscription appeared in the system, and I had already removed the application from my phone.
I request that the subscription which I believe was started by the Nebula application without my consent be canceled immediately and that the approximately $52 withdrawn from my card be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible.
