Nebula Horoscope Subscription Charged Me After Cancellation
Even though I canceled my subscription through the Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology app and completely deleted my account, my credit card was still charged $42.99 without my authorization on June 11, 2026, at 11:04 p.m. The app no longer appears in my phone's list of active subscriptions, making it extremely concerning that I was charged anyway.
I have a screenshot of the transaction and can provide it if requested. I have not yet contacted Nebula about this issue, but I want this unauthorized charge to be investigated immediately.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the $42.99 that was charged to my credit card. I also demand that all necessary steps be taken to ensure that no additional charges are ever processed without my explicit authorization.
