Even though I had previously deleted the Nebula Horoscope & Astrology app from my phone and no longer use it, I noticed that large amounts were charged to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. Specifically, $69 was charged on January 11, 2026, and $42 was charged on February 17, 2026.
I do not actively use this app, and I did not approve any of these charges, so this situation is unacceptable. I have not yet contacted my bank or Nebula, but I want to formally raise this issue through this message.
I am requesting that any subscriptions associated with my name be immediately canceled and that the full amount charged without my authorization be refunded. Since these are not small amounts, I ask that this issue be resolved urgently. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights through the appropriate authorities.
