Nebula App Charging My Debit Card Without Active Subscription

I am writing to report unauthorized subscription charges being taken from my bank debit card by a service listed as “V Nebula App.” On 23 December 2025, I made a one‑time payment to the Nebula app, but I did not subscribe to any plan, and I do not have an active account or subscription with them. Despite this, I have been charged 49.99 USD per month for two months, even though I am not using the app or any related service. I request that all unauthorized charges made by the V Nebula App be fully refunded and that any ongoing subscription or automatic payment linked to my card be immediately cancelled. I also ask for written confirmation that no further deductions will be made from my account without my explicit consent. I have already contacted my bank, which informed me that they will look into the matter, but I am submitting this complaint so that the issue can be investigated promptly from your side as well and resolved as soon as possible.
