I recently used the Nebulla service and paid a one‑off fee of £1 for a simple reading. At that time, I used the cancellation option that was included in an email they sent me, as I did not wish to continue with any ongoing service or subscription. Despite this, in the last few days Nebulla has taken further payments from me, one for £29.99 and another for £49.99, with the charges appearing on or around 19 February and today. I have tried to log back into the Nebulla app using my email address in order to check or cancel any subscription, but the app repeatedly says that my email is not recognised, so I cannot access my account or manage anything from my side. Because of this problem, I contacted my bank by phone to report the issue and try to complain about the unauthorised payments, but the online process became too confusing for me, and I am planning to call them again. I am medically retired, living on disability income, and I cannot afford to lose this amount of money, especially when I clearly intended to use Nebulla only for a single £1 reading and cancelled afterwards using their own email link. I request that Nebulla (or the relevant payment provider) refund the £29.99 and £49.99 taken in the last few days, confirm that any subscription or recurring payment has been fully cancelled, and ensure that no further charges are taken from my account.
