Unable to Cancel My Nebula Astrology Subscription
While using the Nebula Astrology app on my iPhone about a month and a half ago, I made what I believed was a one-time payment of about $1. I do not remember being shown or notified about any free trial, automatically renewing membership, or subscription associated with that purchase.
About a month ago, I noticed that the app attempted to charge my card $42.99. Today, another attempt was made for the same amount. The charge did not go through because my card did not have enough available credit, but there is no active subscription shown in the app. I have also closed my account, yet these payment attempts continue, and I have no way to cancel the subscription through the app.
I request that any subscription or automatically renewing membership that may have been started through the Nebula Astrology app be canceled immediately. I also demand that no further attempts be made to charge my card under any circumstances.
