Cancel Nebula Subscription!

I am writing regarding unwanted charges taken by Nebula Astrology. I attempted to cancel my subscription because I find the service useless and do not wish to use it, yet I was still charged. On 29/02/2026 I noticed a charge of 85.77 NZD from Nebula Astrology. I do not even clearly know which package or service this amount relates to, as I believed that my subscription was already cancelled. I do not recall which platform or store the subscription was originally taken through, but I am certain that it was meant to be cancelled and no further payments should have been taken. I have already requested cancellation, and despite this, the 85.77 NZD was still charged. I am very disappointed that a service I do not use and consider useless continues to take money from my account. I request the immediate and definitive cancellation of all subscriptions related to Nebula Astrology and a full refund of the 85.77 NZD that has been charged. I also ask for written confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my account.
