Nebula App Tried Charging Me After I Canceled Subscription on Day One

I subscribed to Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology but canceled it on the very first day. Once I saw that the app only sends generic, copy-paste content that’s the same for everyone, I realized it wasn’t worth a single penny. Despite canceling immediately, the app has repeatedly tried to charge my card ever since.

Thankfully, I had the foresight to lock my card, so no money has been withdrawn. Still, the fact that Nebula continues to attempt charges after a confirmed cancellation is completely unacceptable. Their advertising is misleading—they promote weekly or monthly personalized content, but what you get is recycled nonsense you can’t even use for a day.

I’m demanding that all attempts to charge my account be stopped immediately and that my information be removed from their system. Nebula must respect cancellations and stop tricking users into fake subscriptions with false advertising.
