Nebula Subscription Charges Need to Be Stopped and Refunded Immediately

I made a payment to the Nebula nc (Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology) application for a one-time transaction only. Despite this, I later discovered that since March, regular charges between approximately $35 and $36 have been withdrawn every month from my Garanti Bank virtual credit card. So far, these unauthorized charges have occurred twice.

I made this payment strictly for a single use and never approved any subscription, recurring payment, or ongoing billing authorization. I was also unable to find any valid contact information or official support channel for Nebula, which prevented me from directly communicating with the company. Even so, these amounts continue to be withdrawn from my card every month, which clearly constitutes unauthorized and unfair billing.

I request that all amounts withdrawn from my card so far be fully refunded to me and that these recurring charges related to Nebula nc (Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology) be stopped immediately and permanently. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will initiate all necessary dispute and complaint procedures through my bank and the relevant official authorities.
