Nebula NC Charged Me 132 PLN After I Cancelled My Horoscope Subscription
About one to two months ago, I subscribed to the Nebula NC horoscope service. Recently, I unsubscribed from this service through the app, assuming that the subscription was fully cancelled. However, on 10.05, I was still charged 132 PLN for this horoscope subscription despite having already unsubscribed. I consider this charge unfair because I had already cancelled my subscription in the application, and I did not receive any clear information that I would still be billed. I request a full refund of the 132 PLN taken on 10.05, and I also want my horoscope subscription to be completely cancelled so that no further charges are made in the future. I kindly ask you to review my account, confirm the cancellation of the service, and refund the above amount as soon as possible.
