Nebulaap Failed to Cancel My Subscription

Even though I canceled my monthly subscription through the Nebulaap app, my credit card continues to be charged. Since May 29, I have noticed recurring charges of €42.99 to my credit card, and the fact that these charges have continued after my cancellation has caused me significant financial inconvenience.

Because I canceled the subscription directly through the app, I did not believe any additional action was necessary, and I have not yet contacted customer support. Despite this, the continued billing indicates that my cancellation was not properly processed in your system.

I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges made after I canceled my subscription. I also request written confirmation that my subscription has been permanently terminated and that no further charges will be made.
