Nebula Horoscope Charged My Wisely Card

I am writing regarding a pending $29.90 charge on my Wisely card from Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology that appeared today. I had previously canceled this service and removed the related app from my phone the same night it asked me about a monthly payment. I did not expect any further charges, and I only noticed this pending transaction when I checked my card activity today. Since I had already canceled and removed the app, I consider this $29.90 charge unauthorized and do not consent to it. This amount was reserved for my essential utility bills, and because of this pending charge my utilities are now at risk of being cut off, which is causing me serious hardship. I kindly request that this pending transaction be stopped, that this merchant be blocked from charging my card in the future, and that my card be protected from any further unauthorized payments related to this service. I ask you to review this situation urgently, prevent the $29.90 from being taken from my account, and ensure that this merchant cannot bill my Wisely card again.
