Nebula 69,012 KRW Auto-Renewal Charge

I recently noticed that my Nebula subscription was automatically renewed on 8 October 2026 with a charge of 69,012 KRW to my bank card, even though I did not want this auto-renewal and did not intend to continue the service. Since this renewal was unwanted, I request that Nebula cancel this recent renewal and provide a full refund of the 69,012 KRW charged on 8 October 2026 to my card. I kindly ask that this refund be processed as soon as possible and that no further charges be made without my clear consent.
