On May 14, 2024, I ordered a watch from n11.com with order number 206266748231. After placing the order, I found a similar watch on another site for half the price, so I decided to return the watch I purchased from N11. Within the legal return period, I returned the watch with its tag, box, and packaging in the same condition it arrived. However, N11 rejected the return, claiming the tag was removed, rendering the product unsellable. They then sent the watch back to me.
Upon re-examining the returned item, I found it in the same condition as when I first received it, with the tag still attached. On June 5, 2024, I called N11 customer service and requested assistance. They assured me they would create a record and provide the necessary support. Despite waiting five days and making three additional calls to customer service, I have not received any response.
I have been shopping with N11 for over ten years and have never encountered such an issue. To avoid escalating this matter to court, I request support from the N11 team. I hope for a positive resolution and appreciate your attention to this matter.
