N11 Refuses Return for Order Despite 14-Day Policy

Despite being within my 14-day return window, N11 has failed to accept the return for my order #203655165313. I've been a loyal N11 customer, but this experience has pushed me away. Their customer satisfaction is non-existent; it's impossible to reach a representative or get any assistance. I won't be using N11 anymore; they can't even compare to other companies. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer rights is unacceptable. If N11 doesn't rectify this situation promptly, I'll have no choice but to escalate my complaint through other channels.
