Mytrip and Pegasus Failed to Refund Tickets After Medical Emergency
We purchased tickets through Mytrip.com—outbound with Ajet and return with Pegasus—but had to cancel due to my mother suffering a hip fracture. While Ajet accepted the cancellation and agreed to a refund, Pegasus has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful.
It has now been 14 days since Ajet processed the refund, yet Mytrip claims they haven’t received the money, leaving us in limbo. This back-and-forth has been incredibly frustrating, and I no longer trust either company.
Mytrip and Pegasus, I demand immediate resolution and the refund of my money. This level of service is unacceptable, especially during a medical emergency. I will never book with either company again if this issue isn’t resolved promptly.
