I Can’t Reach Mytrip to Cancel Ajet Ticket or Get Clear Refund Details
I purchased a ticket through Mytrip for Ajet’s November 2nd, 15:35 flight from Beirut to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen, and I’ve been trying to cancel it. However, the process has been a nightmare. I attempted to reach your call center multiple times, each time facing wait times longer than 20 minutes, without ever speaking to a representative.
When I tried to get support via messaging, I received vague and unhelpful responses. No one can give me a clear explanation of how much I’ll be refunded if I cancel my ticket. This lack of transparency is unacceptable—passengers deserve to know the exact refund amount before confirming a cancellation.
I am requesting that Mytrip immediately provide a clear and official breakdown of the refund I’m entitled to. I also urge your team to reduce call center wait times, improve communication clarity, and treat cancellation and refund requests with urgency and transparency.
Your current system is inefficient and distressing. I expect proper service and a prompt response regarding my refund amount.
