Mytrip Has Delayed My THY Flight Refund for 49 Days Despite Airline Already Paying
My international flight scheduled for February 21 was canceled due to weather conditions. Turkish Airlines (THY) processed the full refund on the same day and transferred it directly to Mytrip. But now, 49 days later, I still haven’t received the refund from Mytrip.
Every time I contact their customer service, I’m met with excuses that don’t hold up. They keep blaming “processing delays” or give vague, inconsistent answers that clearly aim to stall and wear down the customer’s patience. THY did their part. Mytrip received the refund and is simply holding onto the money without justification.
I’ve been more than patient, but this is now a complete breach of trust. Mytrip, I demand you transfer my ₺ refund immediately. Stop wasting my time and give me what I’m owed. If you continue ignoring this, I will escalate the issue to every consumer protection platform available.
