Mytrip Charged Me $44 for a Refund Pegasus Issued in Full — No Fee Was Disclosed

I booked a ticket to Skopje using the Mytrip app. Shortly after, I canceled the ticket within 24 hours, which, according to Pegasus Airlines’ policy, qualifies for a full refund—and Pegasus confirmed they refunded the entire amount.

However, because I booked through Mytrip, I didn’t receive the full refund. Mytrip deducted $44 (₺ equivalent) as a “service fee” for processing the cancellation. The problem is, nowhere on the Turkish version of their site is this fee mentioned. There's no clear warning, no disclosure during the booking or cancellation process.

When I reached out to their customer service, it was practically nonexistent. No real help, just vague responses and no accountability.

Mytrip, I demand that the $44 you withheld be refunded immediately. If you're charging hidden fees, they need to be clearly communicated in the user’s language. This feels deceptive and unfair. Fix your platform and your customer service before more people are misled.
