Mytrip Pegasus Ticket Price Increased From 3.800₺ to 6.500₺ During Purchase
On 23.08.2025, I attempted to purchase a Pegasus Airlines ticket through Mytrip’s website. While completing the booking, I witnessed the ticket price increase five times within seconds. Initially, the same ticket was listed at 3.800₺ on Pegasus’s own site, but due to technical issues there, I could not complete the purchase directly. On Mytrip, however, the price kept rising throughout the transaction and I ultimately had to pay 6.500₺ for the same ticket. My reservation number is 14EAT7.
This kind of situation appears to happen frequently, and it creates a serious lack of trust in the booking process. The rapid and unexplained price increases during checkout made the entire purchase unnecessarily stressful and left me feeling exploited.
I request that Mytrip either refund the full amount I paid or reimburse me the difference between the inflated price and the original ticket price. As a customer, I expect transparency, fairness, and protection against manipulative pricing practices.
