I’m Unhappy With Mytrip Call Center Support and Suspect Financial Loss

I purchased a ticket from Mytrip on July 2, 2025, and I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with their call center support and overall customer service. Every time I try to resolve an issue, I’m met with unclear explanations in broken Turkish, and the agents simply shift all responsibility to the airline, without offering any real help or follow-up.

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a support team that can’t communicate properly, especially when I’m trying to understand what went wrong with my booking. I’ve tried to get assistance multiple times, but the service feels more like a deflection center than a support line.

On top of that, I believe I may have incurred a financial loss related to the booking—possibly due to miscommunication or incorrect processing. But I can’t even get a clear answer about what happened because the support is so disorganized and unresponsive.

I expect Mytrip to immediately review my case, offer clear, native-language support, and investigate any potential overcharge or refund issue. Customers deserve transparent communication and real help—not confusion and avoidance.
