I have been a loyal user of Mustela baby shampoo and other Mustela products for years and have always been very satisfied with their quality. I recently purchased the same Mustela shampoo that I have used countless times before, expecting the same gentle care for my child’s hair. However, this time, I faced a completely different experience.
After using the newly purchased Mustela shampoo, my child’s hair became extremely dry and tangled. This sudden change was unexpected and troubling, especially since I have trusted this product for so long. I did not change our washing routine or introduce any new products, so the only variable is the latest bottle of Mustela shampoo.
This situation has caused both distress and inconvenience, as I now have to spend extra time trying to detangle and moisturize my child’s hair. I respectfully request that Mustela investigate whether there has been a formula change or production defect and resolve this issue promptly.
