Moovit Premium Subscription Charged ₺119 Despite Ineffective Service

I accidentally forgot to cancel my one-week Moovit Premium trial, resulting in a ₺119 charge. Despite purchasing the premium service, I didn’t experience any of the promised features aside from an ad-free experience.

The app failed to provide accurate route information, and the bus I was tracking did not arrive at the expected time, causing me to be late for school. This completely defeats the purpose of a premium service that is supposed to enhance convenience.

I request a full refund of the ₺119 charged for this ineffective service. Moovit must address these issues promptly and ensure their premium features deliver on their promises. This experience was highly disappointing.
