Moovit Charged Me for a 12-Month Subscription After I Canceled
I signed up for the 7-day free trial of the Moovit app but canceled it before the trial ended. Despite this, Moovit still charged me for a full 12-month subscription!
I was shocked to see a ₺179 charge on my account for a service I had already canceled. This is completely unfair and feels like a deceptive billing practice. If I canceled on time, why am I being charged?
I demand an immediate refund and for my subscription to be fully canceled. Moovit, fix this issue now! If I don’t receive my money back, I will take further action and warn others about this unfair charge. Refund my money now!
