Moovit Charged Without Approval After Free Trial Ended

I used Moovit’s 7-day free trial, but once it ended, they charged me ₺134 without my consent. This is outrageous, especially since the monthly fee is advertised as ₺9.99. Why was I charged for six months instead of one? Nobody has money to waste on unauthorized charges.

To make matters worse, the app doesn’t even provide accurate bus schedules, which defeats its purpose. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge. Moovit must ensure clear communication about subscription terms and respect user approvals. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expect the company to resolve this issue promptly.
