Moovit Charged Me Annual Fee Without Warning After Free Trial

I signed up for Moovit’s app expecting a 7-day free trial, but without any notification, they charged my account for an annual subscription. I immediately canceled my membership, yet I have received no response or refund. I’m very disappointed and frustrated because I never agreed to pay for a service I didn’t use. Moovit’s lack of communication and customer care is unacceptable. I demand my money back as soon as possible. This kind of unauthorized charge and poor customer support is misleading and unfair. I urge Moovit to resolve this promptly and improve their subscription transparency.
