Moovit Premium Charged Me Without Notice After Trial – No Cancellation Option
Moovit Premium charged me without any prior notification after the trial period ended. The app had stated it would remind users before the subscription renews, but I received no such reminder. Now, I’ve been billed for a subscription I didn’t intend to continue, and there’s no option to cancel.
The subscription doesn’t appear in my Google account or within the app itself, leaving me unable to manage or stop the charges. This feels like an unfair practice, as I never consented to a paid subscription after the trial. I request an immediate refund and clear instructions on how to prevent further charges. Moovit should address this issue to maintain trust with its users.
