Mitsubishi Air Conditioner Service Scandal


I own a Mitsubishi air conditioner, and when the indoor unit started dripping water, I contacted the authorized service in Kartal, Değişim Klima, multiple times, but no one answered. I then reached out to Mitsubishi's customer hotline, which redirected me to Arda Klima in Maltepe. The technicians from Arda Klima performed maintenance and claimed the issue was due to an overly long water drain pipe, which they shortened. However, the dripping persisted.
When I called them back, they attributed it to insulation and applied some tape to two areas of the unit. Still, the problem wasn’t resolved. They later speculated it might be the water tray. It feels like they’re relying on trial and error to fix the issue, causing ongoing frustration.
I asked Mitsubishi's customer hotline to connect me to a more competent team. They finally arranged a service appointment with Değişim Klima on August 16, 2024. Yet, even a week after the appointment date, no one has contacted me, and repeated calls to both their landline and the technician’s mobile number, as well as WhatsApp messages, have gone unanswered.
I expect Mitsubishi to assign a reliable and professional technical team that respects their appointments and resolves this issue promptly.
